If 2020 has taught us one thing, it’s that a revolution can be sparked by one voice. We seek to inspire young girls of color to become the change in their communities, and step boldly into leadership positions. Through our two-day conference, we’ll expose WOC to industry leaders through engaging panels, training them to see the power in both others and themselves. 2021 is #OURYEAR; we’re giving girls the tools to make it theirs too!
We’re claiming 2021 to be #TheYearoftheGirl! We’re cultivating 2021 as a time for girls of color to grow, become empowered, and thrive. The Women of Color Conference is just the start of a female empowerment movement!
